On May 24 I woke up at 5:00 a.m. to get ready and go to school at 6:45 a.m. Around 7:15 we took off to Arenal. On our way there I listen to music about half of the trip. I also watch Hairspray, and talk with my friends. We stopped at a very good restaurant called La Choza del Laurel. There we could change for the concert. The purpose of this trip was to give a concert at La Fortuna Park. The concert was with the band and choir, but the choir did not do so well because of the open area. At the end of the concert we packed the band instruments. After the concert the choir people where all sweating because of the togas. When we arrived at Los Lagos hotel the teachers registered and gave us our room number and the key. At the rooms we when to change to go to the swimming pool, but in our way to the pool it started to rain. I got totally wet. When it stopped raining, I used that time to go quickly to the room and get a hot shower. Until 8:45 p.m. I stayed in the room watching T.V. Then we went to eat dinner at La Choza del Laurel and I ate arroz con pollo. When we came back to the hotel I put my pajamas on and went directly to sleep. At 6:00 a.m., someone knocked at the door so we could see the volcano erupting and I could not go back to sleep. I got ready to go to the waterfalls and have a great time. At the time we arrived to the waterfalls, I saw it was a beautiful place. To get to the waterfalls we had to go down many, many steps. The waterfall was beautiful, there was a ”balcony” where you could see the waterfall better and there I saw a rainbow. The water was cool, but may people get in. when we got back to the hotel I was sweating for going up many stairs, so I took a bath. The rest of the time I packed my stuff. And again we had lunch at La Choza del Laurel. After that we headed back to San José. On the trip we were watching Harry Potter, but I felt asleep until we arrived to school. My dad was waiting for me at the parking lot. Then I went home.
